A native of Chagrin Falls, Ohio and graduate of Ohio University’s prestigious E.W. School of Journalism, Tim moved to South Florida in 1995 and has been engrained in the regional real estate landscape since.
He joined the Tim Singer South Florida/Coldwell Banker Global Luxury team in 2016 and has served countless clients, geographically spanning Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and points well beyond. Today, the bulk of Tim’s business is generated via word-of-mouth – a testament to his marketing prowess, interpersonal skills, and genuine knack for adapting to any situation. He is up for and excited to work with the spectrum of scenarios in South Florida, spanning entry level clients to the most luxurious of waterfront estates. He genuinely wants to see his clients dreams come true, putting their achievements above his own.
Prior to his real estate endeavors, Tim worked in marketing, communications, and public relations for some of the nation's leading PR firms and national non-profit organizations. Beyond real estate, Tim enjoys going to the beach as well as traveling and experiencing new cultures, food, and perspectives.
