Barbara helped us purchase a new townhouse unit from the developer of the unit. She was very familiar with comparable properties in the area, including other units sold in the development. She gave good guidance in the price negotiations as well as in negotiating certain terms of the purchase. After the contract was executed, she remained engaged and involved, including in accompanying us on the pre-closing walk-through inspection of the unit and communicating with the developer to expedite the completion of "punch list" items.

Tim sold our Fort Lauderdale house in 2018. It was an excellent experience from the initial meeting through the entire closing process. Tim's marketing materials and marketing reach are second to none. His team prepared an excellent listing presentation that included day and night home photos and aerial drone photos of the property all prepared and edited by professional photographers. Jose is very quick to respond to my emails and texts about the real state. I haven’t found my investment property yet but we still working on it. I like that regardless of the neighborhood we look in, he is very knowledgeable and gives me information on past sales and income potential.
