Welcome to Avenue Lofts
High ceilings and high living in one of Fort Lauderdale’s hippest neighborhoods.
Flagler Village is absolutely booming before our eyes. Widely considered by many to be “the next Wynwood,” the neighborhood is undoubtedly Fort Lauderdale’s place to be, with graffiti art, hip galleries and the buzziest bars. As the neighborhood evolves before our eyes, Avenue Lofts has been a modern Flagler Village staple since its 2007 completion. Located at 445 N. Andrews Avenue, the complex is tucked at the corner of Northwest 5th Street and Andrews Avenue.
Architecturally, the complex includes five buildings and nearly 100 total residential units. For a visible and contemporary flair, there are rooftop catwalks connecting the buildings. Adding to its city vibe are six storefronts on its bottom level. Less than three blocks southwest, you can access the Fort Lauderdale Brightline station, providing a stress-free commute to West Palm Beach, Miami and all points in between.

Condo Lifestyle
Whereas other buildings may have “Lofts” in their name, this community has a true New York-style loft ambiance to it. Memorable touches throughout common areas and within the individual residences include shining concrete floors, soaring ceilings in the 12- to 16-foot range, exposed ducts and popping palates of color. Standards within the units upon initial construction completion included open concept kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and European cabinetry.
Dining, Entertainment, Shopping
Avenue Lofts is central to some of Flagler Village’s (and the broader Fort Lauderdale region’s) biggest entertainment, dining and shopping draws.
Eight narrow blocks east of Avenue Lofts is Federal Highway. Within a half-mile of the spot are two grocery stores – Fresh Market and Winn-Dixie. Another option, and within a half-mile southeast, is a Publix GreenWise Market on Las Olas Boulevard.
For cocktails, two of Fort Lauderdale’s most popular bars are within a half mile, Holly Blue and the outdoor patio utopia and hip beer garden, Rhythm & Vine. At both of these spots you can catch live music, too.
Things to Do
In addition to Fort Lauderdale’s largest park (Holiday Park) being within striking distance, Peter Feldman Park and Sistrunk Park are even closer options for taking in some serenity. On the arts front, you’ll have to hit the Flagler Village / FTL Art Walk, which happens on the last Saturday of each month in the MASS District. Count on a variety of food, clothing and local artisan vendors that will totally charm you. For making new friends, the neighborhood is home to some of the coziest coffee shops and breweries you’ll find including Wells Coffee, Circle House Coffee, Invasive Species Brewing and Laser Wolf.
