Born and raised in Highland Heights, Ohio, Barbara Wall’s connection to Fort Lauderdale stems back to 1989. Her family had a residence in “the Venice of America” and, these days, she lives and thrives in the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. She has been in real estate for 47 years and has been licensed in the Sunshine State since 2006. She joined the Tim Singer South Florida/Coldwell Banker Global Luxury team in 2007 and is currently a member of the Master Brokers Forum.

 

At the core of her successes through the decades has been a genuine desire to see her clients’ dreams come true. She says that so many think homeownership is unreachable, but it is her sincere desire to help them identify the best and most realistic way possible to make it happen. Through the years, she’s built up an incredible network – from financers to contractors – to ensure the job gets done fairly and with the utmost professionalism. Her clients these days typically fall in the high-end space, but she is seasoned in virtually every facet of the business.

 

With Tim Singer South Florida/Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and well beyond, she is renowned for her negotiation skills, creative marketing tactics (spanning memorable open houses to the latest digital mechanisms) and prowess for staying on top of contracts and deals. She genuinely wants a fair deal for all parties involved in a transaction. For her work ethic, the bulk of her business is generated via word-of-mouth and referrals.

 

Beyond real estate, Barbara enjoys volunteering as well as philanthropic endeavors with the likes of the Boys and Girls Club and PAWS/Humane Society of Broward County. She is a member of Fort Lauderdale Country Club and lives an active lifestyle that often includes pickleball, racquetball, golf, and beach excursions.
